My Mission Statement:
"I combine curiosity, drive, and tenacity, bridging the gap between my engineering background and sales skills to enable customers to achieve their goals. I enjoy explaining the why and how behind things, driving high-impact initiatives to outcomes, and encouraging others to be leaders. My aspiration is to build lasting relationships, develop self-assured leadership, and provide significant outcomes."
Curious. Persistent. Ambitious. Supportive. Versatile
Why Sales?
I chose sales because I consider it to be something that extends far beyond the office in life; sales is used in daily life. Whether it is in interviews, networking, or even just normal interactions, you are selling yourself continuously. For me, it was a matter of building confidence and learning how to speak so that it commands trust when I decided to go into sales. I have always been interested in technical work, having a tremendous love for engineering and problem-solving. At the same time, I always enjoyed taking abstract ideas and making them accessible to anyone.
Along the way, I realized I was also quite the extrovert, great at connecting with people, and very passionate about helping people find solutions that have an impact. Combining my technical knowledge with my interpersonal skills allows me to break down the engineering world to customers' demands, which makes sales the best career for me in the application of my skills and personality. I also want to encourage others, especially in non-business-related fields, to get into sales because it can help you become a better public speaker, develop leadership skills, or even become an entrepreneur.
